Damaged Goods:
All of our dresses go through quality control before being shipped out. We must be contacted within 24 hours of UPS delivery of the dress, to be made aware of any damage. All Beaded garments are hand sewn so bead patterns may be inconsistent. We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear.
