We ask that customers arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. Missed or late appointments may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.
Section 4 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Boutique Moroleon reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept, must change, or must cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order.
Your purchases are subject to return, exchange, or refund solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that all sales are final on formal wear, special-occasion dresses, made-to-order/custom garments, sale items, and gift cards, except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export. Customers are responsible for confirming style, color, size, and all other details before completing a purchase.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our online appointment scheduling form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Boutique Moroleon related to your appointments and services.
Message types may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, and follow-up messages related to in-store fittings or consultations. These messages are informational only and are not promotional or marketing messages.
Opt-in consent. Customers may opt in to SMS messaging through our online booking form via an optional, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox. Checking the box indicates your agreement to receive SMS messages related to your appointment. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to schedule an appointment or use our Services.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BOUTIQUE MOROLEON, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS — OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES — BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You and Boutique Moroleon consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
